Formula One heiress Petra Ecclestone Stunt owns an incredible estate in Bel Air, California that boasts 39,000 square feet. This makes it among the biggest homes in Los Angeles.
Petra is also a British model and purchased the house from Candy Spelling in 2011 for $85 million. She’s now turned around and listed it on the market for $200 million if anyone can afford that.

The home is a massive 66,000 square feet with plenty of land and water around the home for privacy. However, Gates is planning to make the home even bigger!
Right now the property’s estimated worth is $124 million, complete with a 60-foot pool and locker room. He also has a reception hall to seat 200 guests, 24 bathrooms, and six kitchens. And of course, he has $80,000 worth of computers.
This property has nothing on Celine Dion’s water-worshipping oasis!

Actress Jennifer Aniston has had her hand in the Los Angeles real estate market for a while. One of the highest paid actresses in Hollywood, Aniston has bought mansions as a single woman, as well as with her ex-husbands Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux.
Her Beverly Hills mansion, pictured above, features five bedrooms and a gym, which she listed for $42 million. Aniston is also in the process of selling her $22 million Bel Air home that she bought with Theroux. The home is also where they got married.

Tiger Woods Owns Amazing Grounds

You may have seen pictures of professional golfer Tiger Woods’ black escalade torn apart in front of his Florida home, but maybe you haven’t seen it from this angle. The serene property on Jupiter Island is right on the water and of course, includes a private golf course spanning 3.5 acres.
The property stretches from the Intracoastal Waterway to the Atlantic Ocean. As one of the richest athletes of all time, Woods had plenty of money to spend on his home, for which he spent $40 million.

Rob Lowe Went Big

Actor Rob Lowe didn’t compromise on anything when it came to his mansion near Santa Barbara. The property spans 20 bedrooms and features a Georgian-style home that brought Architectural Digest knocking at his door for a magazine spread.
His wife told the magazine, “The minute I drove onto this land, I said, ‘This is it!'” Lowe bought the home for $42 million and spent another $6 million on renovations to encompass the exact southern style the Virginia-native envisioned.

Eddie Murphy’s Mega Mansion

Eddie Murphy built this huge mansion in Granite Bay, California with his ex-wife Nicole. The 10 bedroom house is absolutely insane and was used as a summer house for the family of five children.
The home is an incredible 11,000 square feet on 2.5 acres of land with views of Folsom Lake. There’s also a guest house that is way bigger than most people’s homes at 5,200 square feet. The property has a home theater, arcade, gym, swimming pool and huge outdoor kitchen. Murphy ended up selling the property for $6.1 million.
