Actor Will Smith and his famous family aren’t the reserved, quiet types and neither is their home. Located just outside of Los Angeles, the Smiths purchased their mansion for $20 million but is now valued at $42 million. The property is complete with basketball courts, tennis courts, a golf course, and a recording studio.
Even with all that, Will’s son Jaden sought emancipation at the age of 15 and bought his own home, a $4 million property nearby in Hidden Hills.

Celine Dion Built Her Own Custom Waterpark

Artist Celina Dion is another resident of the exclusive Jupiter Island in Florida. Dion’s massive property competes with Tiger Woods, with 5.7 acres of beachfront and 9,825 square feet of livable space.
Dion has also built a custom waterpark on her property, complete with water slides, a lazy river, and two 50-meter Olympic swimming pools. The 8 bedroom home reportedly cost $65 million.

Artist Selena Gomez made her first big property purchase in her home state of Texas, but sold the grand mansion for $3 million in exchange for a residence in Los Angeles.
The young singer had a home in Calabasas for a short while, before settling on a 1951 single-story home in Studio City, which is much more quaint and classic compared to her previous homes that were more suited to entertain guests.

The backyard is huge, sitting on 1.25 acres, complete with a large swimming pool and beautifully manicured lawn. However, there’s talks of them selling it for something larger.
